scroll bars, 4 friend list Options

i was jst wondering what the code is to add a scroll bar to jst your friend list alone. because the code i have for it puts the comments in the same scroll bar & i dnt want that.

oh & can you guys also tell me whats that one code for peoples to leave a comment in, instead of scrolling all the way down jst to the "add comments". & do you guys know the code to having a scroll bar for jst the comments & not having it add the calender.
