i wrote this one today too. I like it but it's not my best.
The darkness of the shadows The eerie mist that clings in the darkness What is going to happen? The full moon is hanging overhead And I'm all alone The hooting of the owls And the rustling of the leaves Makes it even more evident That you left and that no one's here for me. I wonder if there's anyone else like me Alone wandering, staring at the moon Wondering why they were left Wondering why they were now alone too. |
