Why do these show up in my scroll box? |

Well I found the comments scroll box code on another site, so I got it lined up where I want it, and set the dimensions. Now the extended network, blog, etc came back and is inside the scroll box. I have codes to hide them but I guess there not working. All I want in there are the comments that were left on my page, no friend lists, no add comment button, etc. Also how can I shrink the comments so they fit inside the box and you would only have to scroll down not side to side as well. heres my page:
