blank borders on bottom? |

there are 2 blank borders at the bottom of my page
 how do i get rid of those? you can check out my page for a better understanding. please help.  thanks a lot. im pretty sure it's the borders for my friends list && my comments. but im hiding those. && i want that as well gone. |
