ok, so my frnd sent me a notepad that was all blurred to hide the text.
does anywun kno how to "unblur" it, so the text is visible?? i tried sharpening it...but no such luck =P im pretty sure she simply blurred it on photoshop... errr.. is it possible? haha. |

I'm not sure if this will work, but the blur tool can smooth out the letters.
Set it to 13-14%. |

She probably used the smudge tool for that.
You could attempt to smudge it back to the original position but...that would be EXTREMELY difficult and way too time-consuming. |

Oh, wow.. What Gigi means is that it looks like she smudged in one direction, and you can try using the smudge tool to smudge it in the other direction. It's possible perhaps, but that would take a lot of work. Especially at the bottom where you can't even halfway read the text. I don't see it happening.
