I think the entire idea of blaming the government is like blaming someone else for your problems. A rich, prosperous black man wouldn't blame the government for hurricane Katrina. However, a poor black man might.

The underdogs tend to hate the 'man on top', don't they? Well, this is just another form of it. Eventually people are going to start complaining about God, as well.
