How do you get a direct link for a video? you know how you can upload pictures onto sites like imageshack, but how can you do that for videos?

What i mean to say is that i already have the video, and i want to put it on my site. It's a video of my friends. HOw do i do that?

In order to do that you would need to find a server willing to host a video for you. I don't believe that you can find one of those that will host it for free tho. I have yet to find one.
