Speaking of Australian accent, it reminds of a joke.

Cantonese accents.
I find it pretty annoying when a lot of the teachers speak English in that way. Sad, in fact.

And... the way non-native people try to speak Mandarin/Cantonese... it's hilarious. laugh.gif

Funny accent that I find funny (with all respect), Arabian and Hindu.

Accent that I find VERY ATTRACTIVE AND SEXY is the Puerto Rican accent.
(Found only in Puerto Rican girls lol)

Yeah.. my bus driver has this weird accent.. I have NO IDEA what kind of an accent it is, it's crazy.. I think it's Indian, but it's slurred and stuff. I think he drinks. He definitely acts like it.

I can't believe no one has said this, but I can't stand that "middle-of-no-where/grew-up-on-a-farm" accent found in southern Oklahoma, northern and western Texas, and all of Arkansas. I grew up in Arkansas and when I moved to Tulsa everyone made fun of me, and it just sorta went away over time. Now I hate to hear anyone (including my mom) talk like that.

Chinese accents.
We had a chinese substitute for our A.P. algebra class in 7th grade. She was there for about a month because our teachers wife had a kid or something.
We didn't know if she was saying "55" or "that's fine".
:(

Australian bugs me.... but not that much. i never really thought about ppl's accents

What bugs me the most is when people that aren't from Australia try to sound Australian. There's a commercial where I live that is just awful and almost insulting.

And about the joke.. Say it out loud in the worst possible Australian accent - "home to die"

Yeah, I don't get that joke either..hmm..

Uhm, I pretty much like all accents and don't really find them funny. Except for maybe southern accents. Now, those are annoying.
