Layout contest, I need one person to make me a layout! Options

Hi There, some people on this forum may know me. I am mostly active in the Web Hosting area. I am looking for someone to make me a template. Our current website is ran off of a Portal software which we do not use anymore. Our colors are Orange, Gray, and White. I am looking for a site that looks some what like this site. http://www.undbeta.com/

I like the look and feel of the site, and the link location, and side menu is nice. I also like the background on the bottom, and behind the links above.

Here is what I have to offer to the one who makes it.
2 gigs of hosting, with 100 gigs of bandwidth, and a Top level .com, .net, and/or .org domain. This is I guess what you would call a contest. I am looking for one template that I like.
