9x-7yi=72+42i solve for x and y. the "i" is imaginary number, not a variable. Thanks for anyone who helped.  There is no due date for it, it is just a problem that I have on a worksheet reviewing for finals. I don't turn this paper in. This can be closed. I finally figured it out. Stupid me.
