Online Now Icon (DIV Overlay), Changing Online Now IMG anywhere ... ? Options

Ok, I've done my own overlay, blah blah blah. I've figured almost everything out on my own except this. How do I change the online now image no matter where I place it? I've tried numerous things, but nothing has seemed to work.


I place the Online Now Icon under my picture like this:

I've tried

No luck. Help would be very much appreciated.
