a desktop wallpaper?
Make it in any program .Right click your desktop and go to properties? and change the desktop wallpaper to yours after you save it. |

yeah i know that but i mean like how 2 put the programs and stuff in a little box wait ima show u ok

Just drag them into the box? Like once you get the boxes just drag and drop the icons where you want them.

Hahaha. You just need to create a box in some program then set it up as a desktop. After that, drag those items/icons in the box.
