Okay so like I was messing with my psp9..and then I used the tool GridByCells.I made a picture look like this(clickable).and whenever i try to open up an image or open up a blank images it always has lines on it.can someone tell me how to fix it?

Turn it off.
 Hit Ctrl + Alt + G and it should stop doing that.
