Okay I have a BUNCH of questions to ask...
1)click where can I find the spikey brush there in the top left corner? 2)click how do you get the picture of Hilary Duff to look like that? colorization? 3)click how do you get that glow outside of Piglet? 4)click where can i get a brush thats a rainbow like that? **Using Paint Shop Pro 9 Thanks. |
