friends and comments stil apperaing, overlay profile help Options

i have been having problems with this profile on myspace i can get it to show up on there fine but instead of my comments not appearing and my regular top 8 not appearing they appear below the layout and i can't figure out how to get rid of them can someone help me fix this problem?

okay hopefully this will be the last thing that i ask for help on on this profile i am trying to submit it and when i do submit it using the manual submit button it goes to a screen telling me that i can't make comments because i am not the persons friend and my junk wiht thmy age and body type and stuff won't go away can someone help me?
