image linkage..., grr Options

i'm using images as links on my new diary-x template...everything is fine, except for the fact that there are little gray boxes showing up around them - dadgummit. i don't remember all i read about linking images...and i don't have any books available...so, if someone could help me...here's the code:

Add "border=0" to your image tag, like so:
