underline text - 2 lines 2 colors Options

When I underline text how do I get it to have 2 lines under the text with 2 different colors? && Is that something that can go in my codes so it automatically does it every time I underline?

as long as they're in <style> tags in the header, it will work.

Okay, this is kind of an old topic but I have one more question.

I want to use this code on my MySpace profile.

But MySpace turns the "#" symbol before the color code into a ".." so it wont let you have 2 different colors. Is there any other way to do it so that you can have to colors?
