EDIT COMMENTS INSIDE MY DIV, CODES FOR... Options

if you click on my signature you can see that in the comments section of my page i have the comments but i want to:
1.) change the backgrounds of the friends and the actual comments to transparent or to this color:cb267b
2.) i also wanted to put dividers in between each comment and
3.) resize the friends pic table and the comment boxes too..*

*if you see there are spaces on some of the comments that are not needed.. i just want to have the comments that my friends leave and no space underneath what they write...

are you telling me that NO ONE can help me??? im shocked..

why isnt anyone trying to help me on this.. im sry but this is so frustrating.. is it possible to do this?? if not can someone atleast tell me..
