Uh. Wow. I think Photo Editing Software is just a general description of what the program is...is there a way to get a specific name of the thing?

So the description is pretty self-explanatory. Well, basically, it's software that edits your photos or any pictures. Depending on the kind you have and the limits of certain programs, you can clone stuff, retouch pictures, airbrush photos, make them b/w, sepia, or any colour, control brightness and contrast, hue and saturation, crop your photos, enlarge them...the possibilties are endless.

If you want to know how to use it, there should be a help thing in the software. If there's a taskbar on the top, you should be able to find help in the "Help" tab, as for most computer applications.

If you ever find out what the program is, you can always check out the tutorials provided here or in the Big Book of Resources!
