~Im new and i need help with my layout ~, *drop* Options

Im new and i tried to make a new layout for my Livejournal but now i got a problem
on IE it looks like i want it to be~
but on firefox the Text boxes wont move the way i want~ O___o


I have a free account and I use S1-Generator
I hope someone can help me~
