help with music please, an error message with real player Options

Everytime I enter my site
I keep getting an error message with real player saying

A general error has ocurred

-_- i'm sorry to be so newbish, but I can't get it to stop and it hella pisses me off

and also my songs will only play if you hit the refresh button >.<

someone please help???
