something wrong with my layout code

i dont know why but almost 400+ of my layouts's link had change to that O.o can anyone help?

It's probably because you're not using a textarea and just pasting the code into an entry.... So it adjusts your URL into an actual URL.

so i just need to add a textarea code in? the <textarea>___</textarea> this code?

it still doesnt work i even put the code that i redid into the look and feel and the image still isnt showing?

well i am trying to fix it and i did change the background code to the one u showed it didnt work first i tried to erase part of it but it didnt show up the background so i erased the whole background code and took the one i had in the look and feel since the layout does actually show on my tester just when other people copies the code it doesnt show but after i paste the code it still doesnt work the background isnt showing and this is not only happening to me but some of my friends too

fixed it ..had to remake the code aka i took a tutorial code and edit it and it seems to work

and just wondering will this happen again?
