scrollbar code not working!, I can't see it! Options

Okay so I added a scrollbar code to match my xanga, but I can't see the changes! I need some help! Here's my Xanga

This is the code I used for the scrollbar.

I put that code in the website stats, am I supposed to put it somewhere else?

Take out the <br /> tags. &it doesn't work in Mozilla/Firefox.
