Okay so most of you may see that I`m not very good with makin` banners with images on them.Is there a way to make the quality of the image sharper? (using psp9)

The manual that comes with it tells you how to improve image quaity.
Adjust -> Add/Remove Noise -> Edge Preserving Smooth can make it shaper, fiddle with it until you get a good quality. But really, you just need to get images that are high quality to begin with. Like the ones at EP. [ http://www.elegancepixelfied.com/ ] |

I use the blur tools at times at 13-15%.
It works half the time. I haven't used the "Sharp tool", but if there is one, try that. |
