I don't. I mean, I'd get fired for it at work and it's not favored here on the boards, so I just never do. Obviously it slips once in a while, but I just try to keep it out of my vocabulary.

a lot. i just get in the habit. like "oh my f**king god look at that guy" or "i'm so motherf**king bored" "what the f**k?" etc etc.
i used to not curse a lot though.  i feel bad because most ppl look so shocked to hear me swear.
