Take calcium pills and obtain food and drinks with calcium. Limit caffine such as Coffee, soda, and etc. Stretch and swim is good for your height too! But, do it usually everyday.

since youre 17, chances are, you wont grow that much anymore. i know that they have shots that you take to make your hormones speed up or something. but theyre really expensive. if youre so self conscience or concerned, just ask your parents.
