ok so i have a good friend who im sure is comfortable around me, but who never touches me. For example, we were bowling last night and when anyone else didn't notice it was their turn he'd poke them or tug on their shirts, with me he just said, hey nancy its ur turn.... Any ideas on whatsup with this?? its soo strange.

Hmm... I really don't know why but I have this friend and the love of her life won't touch her even if his life depended on it. It turns out that that guy has a monster crush on her.
Oh and they're very happy right now with each other. Although not a couple, they have this very strong mutual understanding. Maybe that guy likes you and he's just shy to touch you or something. Some guys are like that... I mean the guy that I stated above has an ego the size of the iceberg that sunk Titanic, and he doesn't act all shy to my friend, he's just shy to actually touch her. Maybe you should just ask him why. Blah! I wasn't much of help, I know, sorry! *bows head* |

he probably likes you. but don't get too worried over it, guys act differently towards different girls.

He may have a thing for you. But like sarcastic said; maybe he sees you differently from the others. Guys act differently to girls. For example if you're mean to them, they'll most likely return the hate. But if you're really nice, they'll return the favor.

There's a fair chance he might be interested in you, and is afraid to be "playful" or "flirtatious" because it's a bit too real; of course, the sparse information you gave isn't enough to make a solid judgement in this case.

The similiar situation happens to me, too. With my good friend who's also my crush. But the thing is, he does it differently. Instead, he touches me and such, while around other girls, he's not like that. He did that before he found out I like him and even after he knew, he's still like that. He said that he didn't want these feelings to ruin our friendship though. No clue exactly what he meant but at the same time, he says and does stuff that send subliminal messages to me.
In your case, I have a feeling that he does have some feelings for you. Not exactly what kind of feelings though. Just let it go. Nothing to get worked up about or anything. Either he doesn't want to give you any wrong impressions or simply respect you. I really don't know because I am just as confused when it comes to reading someone I am interested in. Probably you distance from him when it comes to coming in contact? Who knows. Sorry for just yapping away for nothing. I'm just as confused. Lol. But I hope you find out the reason why. |

2- theres a chance that he likes you. 3- theres a chance that you like him and wishfull thinking makes you think he likes you? XD WELL. its commonly known that it is very normal for guys to act differently around the girl they like. whether it be louder, shyer, more flirtatious, more nervous, whatever contradicts his normal personality, or elaborates it. so. only 1 way to find out. ask ask ask ask ask. of course not like "dude, why don't you touch me?" but something more along the lines of..."hey i wanna go watch___but none of my other friends are free. wanna go ?" =D |

I think the guy likes you so he doesn't touch you.. How long have you guys been friends? If its for a shorter period compared to the others, that may be the reason why he doesn't touch you..But if you guys have been friends for a while, its probably because he likes you. |
