HTML shows up...?, why does it come up as regular text? Options

So, I'm working on a myspace layout... I go to put the code in the About Me section... I hit submit... and the code shows up as though it were part of my profile. I can't find any visible errors (it's not completely done yet, I need to work on the background image in Photoshop before I add it). Here's the code...
