Most of them are too default-ish with just a change of CSS and a nice background with a few codes to spice it up. I suggest you try some with DIVs and banners and such. Move away from the default look. There are some really good examples on Createblog.

i agree on the default-ish layouts. as for you site's layout, the green and the red, while festive, is a little too much. your scroll bars in your entries is a little misaligned.
the layouts you provide are cute but don't change much in format. try something new. |
