I'm having some trouble...
I have a picture that is a jpg. and its only 297kb, but when i put it on any uploading picture site, (and their max is like 500kb) it reduces my picture to half the size! Its never done this to me before, so i dont understand whats going on especially sinc ei'm in the requirements  , any ideas?

Just try using another image hoster, like image shack.
