Hey, I'm at www.myspace.com/broken_machine

I've recently been tweaking my profile as an attempt to learn a bit about html coding (purely for fun and, being an insomniac I have way too much time on my hands).

If you look at my profle you will see a table above the Comments section which is currently blank, aside from repeating this question in short form.

My problem is that I had my profile sortred how I like it except that I wanted to replace the bottom links with a personalised image. I tried the codes I found on here but they didn't work for one reason or another. I tried playing with them but, in the end, gave up, deleted them and went to bed.

The next day I came back to my profile and the blank table, Friends and Comments section had moved to bottom center instead of under the 'Who I'd Like to Meet' section.

I don't know what happened!!

I have tried for hours to fix it to no avail. Other codes seem to be ineffective too - I can't flip the comments so the images appear on the right, I can't make the bottom links disappear (where this had worked previously) and I can't get a my backgroung image to work in the 'view more pics' page!

I tried putting the code to replace the bottom links at the start, rather than the end, of my 'About me' section and this created a space of the right dimensions but no image appeared.

like I said, I'm new to this so likely as not something in my code is amiss, irrelevant or conflicting. Anyone care to take a look for me? I accomplished so much just by consulting these forums and have never had to ask a question before but I'm really stumped!

I guess I have three questions basically;

1 - How do I get my new table, friends and comments back under the 'about me' and 'Like to meet' sections?

2) - What have I done that is causing all new codes inputted to be ineffective?

and

3 - How do I get my image to appear along the bottom of the page instead of the bottom lings (FAQ/ SAFETY TIPS etc)?

My code in the About me section (although I do have codings elswhere) looks like this *cringe* pinch.gif :

***** THIS IS ALL SELF EXPLANATORY IF YOU'VE SEEN MY PROFILE *****

<center><font color= yellow>What do you want to know?<br><br>I'm an ass. An ass model that is. No, really; everytime you see Keanu Reaves' or Nicholas Cage's butt - that's me you're looking at. It doesn't pay as well as acting does, and you certainly don't get the prestige, but you do get the chicks when you have an ass like mine - so I can't complain. I remember when we were shooting for Vanilla Sky (oh, yeah, I also double for Cruise - Tom that is, not Penelope) both Tom and Penelope wanted to make sure my ass was looking good. It's a wierd experience having Penelope Cruz checking you out like she's choosing which side of beef to ask the butcher for!<br><br>What else...? Hobbys, I guess you would want to know about those too huh? Well, ass modeling is quite well paid but the work is not regular. When I'm at home in Newcastle I like to take flying lessons. It's fun because I'm scared of heights. I tried climbing but I get a bigger thrill out of flying. You might also see me on the street handing out flyers. This is a great job to do between modelling jobs because it means I get into all the clubs for free and get free drinks and stuff. It's also a great way to get ass exposure without actually exposing my ass!<br><br>I also write horoscopes for the Sunderland echo. Some people think that horoscopes are just a load of made-up rubbish but, if you want made-up rubbish you should read the 'About me' section on this mysapce... oh wait, you are already!<br><br>*giggle*<br><br>

Don't tell me you fell for that shit? My god, you are such a dork! If you want to get to know me then add me. I'm not putting my cards on the table for strangers. Have a look at my list of interests and movies and music and start putting me into a box. If you like that box then add me. If you don't, what do I care? it's none of my business what your opinion of me is anyway! If you add me you had better not be too attatched to that box. I might wanna keep it ;p</font></center><br><br>

I know you're not supposed to use so many style tags but when I tried fitting everything between two tags it all went hideously wrong. anything you guys can do to help would be much appreciated. I hope I haven't rambled too much or included too much detail!
