 ^do you know where i can find the snowflake brushes AND the tree?!?! and how did they do the border like that and how did they make it look like that? i've seen some snowflake brushes..but they're not EXACTLY like that..and i cant find the tree. and for ps7 please |

For the border it looks like they did a double stroke thing, and then, a pattern overlay on the inside.

I also found some snowflake brushes that look quite similar..
