computer broken, virus I guess. Options

Okay yesterday I was using limewireandwas downloading songsandthen all of the sudden I couldn't open, delete, remove ANY programs it kept on saying.
"File cannot be found, No admins right." Yeah so even if I did use my spyware and virus stuff to get rid of it it would be useless because Ican't open anything and I'm currently using someone else's computer. Anywho I think the only way to fix it is to probably redo my whole computer and reinstall windows xp only problemis I don't know how.
Yeah nevermind.
