Fuzzy Letters (Effects), How do I make different effects(I'm new) Options

[ChristinaAlexia]

Hey

My friend helped me make my xanga site and she made the letters all fuzzy and cool and I was wondering where she found the code to do that on this site or how she did it becuase it is cool and I was wondering what other effects you can make?

She used this code thing: "<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<style type="text/css"><!-- a:link {filter:glow(color:#00FFFF, strength=4);height:0px;width:inherit} a:active {filter:glow(color:#00FFFF, strength=4);height:0px;width:inherit} a:visited {filter:glow(color:#00FFFF, strength=4);height:0px;width:inherit} a:hover {filter:glow(color:#00FFFF, strength=4);height:0px;width:inherit} --></style>
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->" (I just changed the colour to 00FFFF for my other friend's site hehe).

Thanks a bunch!!
