Well the code she is using is

<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com --><br /><br /><center><form method="post" action="http://www.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.ConfirmComment"><br /><input type="hidden" name="friendID" value="13576035" /><br />  COMMENT OR YOU WILL DIE IN 5 MINUTES. <br /><br /><textarea name="f_comments" cols="35" rows="1" style="background-color:ffffff; border-width:0px; border-style:double; border-color:000000; color:000000; font-family:;"></textarea><br /><br /><input type="submit" value="IM DONE." /><br /></form></center><br /><br /><!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

PLEASE DO NOT STEAL IT. MODIFY IT.

Basically she created a custom comment box, a generator for it can be found here.
