Think about all the ways the airplane could crash. Come up with a vivid scenario for each idea, complete with three-dimensional characters and dialogue. Write them down on sheets of paper. Compile them into a homemade book and pass it around to the other passengers.

What I did when I traveled from Cebu, Philippines to Manila, Philippines (2 hours) to Los Angeles, California, USA (14 hours) to Maryland, USA (6 hours), I just slept. We traveled at night when we went from Philippines to Los Angeles. I was so bored, since all I see was pitch black of the Pacific Ocean. I was riding a Boeng 747. Anywho, I asked the flight attendant if I can go to the cockpit, and she took me there. I spent 15 minutes disscussing about the controls. I wasn't even paying attention, those buttons were gazillions of them. Hmm, I suggest you just sleep? Or look at flight attendants. ;D Or enjoy reading the "safety" paperboard thing. Those were my options too. Keep track of time! Look at your watch every 5 minutes. ;D I'm so crazy like that. Good luck on your boring flight! >:D

See, this is why everyone loves you. =)

lol I think that's the best thing I've read on Createblog all week.

Oh, and as for your short attention span, just listen to ur ipod or CD player the whole time. Get a portable DVD player, actually read a book. oh no! read! lol.
There's alot you can do on an airplane, but i suggest you do what michael said up there^

Read a book or a magazine. Make sure to bring a cd player or ipod. Or you can always sleep.

Sing this song.

"99 bombs aboard the plane, 99 terrorist bombs! Press the button, blow them up, 98 bombs aboard the plane. 98 bombs aboard the plane..."

until you get to 1 or the air marshalls shoot you in the face. whichever comes first.

Haha, that's a nice one.
Bring music to listen to. Bring portable games to play. Read a book or magazine. Sleep. Watch the movies they show. There are many things to do that will keep you "un-bored"

Yeah, I know how it is, traveling to India takes two days.

We stay entertained by watching the in-flight movies and the t.v. shows. And eating frequently of course :) Listening to music is a must and drawing and writing are good too. The materials you need to do all of this can be carried in your on-board luggage.

Ooh, I hope your trip's enjoyable. Bon voyage. :)

You could write letters to close friends and family members, send secret messages to other passengers, watch the movie that they're going to show (if they have one), bring along your CD/MP3 player to listen to music, and of course, eat.

Well, personally I would introduce myself to everyone around me. Then tell them that, if they hear me talking to myself, not to worry, I'm just schizophrenic. Then, every five minutes, I will ask one of them if they have to use the bathroom or who they think a terrorist on the plane is or another silly question like that. Then, finally, after they're all really agitated with you, pull out your back which has something awesome like cookies and give them all one, then take a nap. XD

well if you're going with family or friends, you can ask for a deck of cards.. watch the inflight movies or just look out the window (but only fun during takeoffs and landings)

i used to love long plane rides but not anymore.. im just no longer a little kid
