so,
what keeps your mind off sad things?
what's your therapy?

in relevance with relationships of course...
break ups, loss of loved close ones, best friend moving, feeling the world has turned its back on you, etc.

for me:

music,
writing,
showers,
and one thing that almost always helps:
sleep.

movies,
chocolate,

cloud watching,
palm trees,
sunsets.

For some reason music and sleep make me feel 100 times worse.

Talking about my problems to a good friend doesnt really take my mind off it, but i feel better when im talking about it.

Music sometimes helps...
And going out helps too...

But the huge reason why im never sad for like months because of bad relationship incidents is because i look at the good in things , being optomistic helps

For some reason; music only makes me feel worse. Sometimes I have to take a long walk around my block to clear my thoughts.

DAMN. I was totally going to say that. laugh.gif

For me, it's music and writing/typing. Whenever I do either of those all the bad things in the world melt away for a little bit.

heh nice michael.
*That is a good movie, tho. The Sound of Music makes me happy lol.

Well, it matters what sad thing happened. If it's a breakup or something then I usually keep busy, hang out with friends, or I do the opposite and do nothing but sleep. lol, it matters how hard the breakup was. But I figure now guys aren't worth all that wasted time sleeping, lol so i've been doing good keeping myself busy =)
I dunno, i do the same as everyone else, I watch a bunch of movies, Comedies, Chick flicks. I eat ice-cream, lol. I sleep. Ah, listen to music. Yep. Go see a show.
lol, you know after a while you get tired of the same ol thing. Getting your heartbroken and all and then eating ice-cream or something. You get smarter after a while and realize you don't have to do the same loop again. It's nice when you finally figure that out cool.gif
