friend's comment box, I have one but I can't get it to work. Options

I am trying to get one because I have my friends in a scroll box and that works alright but I can't get the comment box to work. I have another account to test it out and when you go to submit it always says that you have to be someones friend to post a comment.

That is the code that I was using.
I put my profile url in the MYSPACE ID part and it wouldnt work.
I tried it several different ways too.

can anyone just give me another one or see what is wrong with the one I have?
