Okay so me and this guy have been dating since the summer (5 months)..and everything was going well untill..well now. I want to break up, I guess the reason is because I fell inlove then I fell out of love. He is still SOOO much inlove and it bugs me becuz i want him to feel the same way i do. He sends me love emails ALL the time, she says he loves me repeatedly on the phone, hes so clingy and needy, like he will DIE if he doesnt talk to me, and everything is about him. Like lastnight on the phone, I was talking to him and one of my friends was calling and she was crying, I told Jason (my boyfriend) that i would call him tomorrow, he REFUSED to get off the phone! i talk to him all the time and he cant go atleast ONE night without talking to me. I just wish I could go back to the way my life used to be, when i just LOOKED at guys, never dated. I sent him an email telling him to call me tonight, but what I really need help on is..what do I say? do i just say what im feeling becuz what im really feeling is "i use to love you, but now its different, you are my first boyfriend and youre already talking about marriage and having kids with me..I dont want to spend the rest of my life with my FIRST boyfriend..i want to go out and explore" Becuz yeah he does talk about marriage alot, and having kids! he even has the kids names all picked out (Sadie and Taylor)..i just dont know what to do..everyday he loves me even more, and everyday I just find myself drifting away from him. Im so confused .

If anything, don't break up with him over the phone. Tell him you have to see him, and then tell him that you used to love him, but that maybe the feeling isn't there anymore. And then say you want to break up with him and if you want, you can ask to stay friends. Don't tell him you don't want to spend the rest of your life with your first boyfriend...

^ Yes. Do all you can to break up with him in person. And just tell him exactly what youre feeling. That you want to go out and explore other dudes, since he was your first boyfriend. That you dont want to keep dragging him on in a relationship thats going nowhere. Hope you do it (: Update us.

i agree with bella and linda. BREAK UP WITH HIM IN PERSON and make sure you just leave it at "i'm really sorry but i don't feel the same way anymore." he's gonna get hurt, but he seems like he's really unhealthily attatched to you anyway.
