Borders/Contact Table Options

I have a few questions. First of all, I want to say that I am familiar with coding---for websites and sites like Xanga. I just took a break from MySpace and forgot how to do a lot of things.

1. How do I put a border around the profile area (where you have your picture, name, online now, etc)
2. How do you put a border of a DIFFERENT color around the blog area?
3. I saw a code in Scripts on how to delete only parts of the contact table, but it didn't work. I only want the Add to Friends button.
4. How do you put a border around the friends section of a different color than the two borders above?
