i made this skin a while back, submitted it and it got rejected. so, the other day i decided to fix it up a little and resubmit it. it got rejected again. i would really appreciate any comments/suggestions anyone might have on how to make it even better.

Rejected because you can't resumit layouts. Also, the background doesn't match. And you shouldn't use wallpapers for your layout images.

I don't really like it anyways, I would of rejected it too. No offense. The blog area bugs me.
