You need to have a website listed in your userinfo (http://www.livejournal.com/editinfo.bml). Do that and then see if that fixes it. :)

Livejournal automatically rearranges your overrides after you save, it's annoying. I always keep mine in a text file and just edit that file. Then when I want to change something I just copy and paste the entire text file over what's in the box.
