a big box.?, myspace help Options

um.
okay,
sooo lyke. umm... on my myspace,
i have bunch of stuff on my all about me section,
and i just want to put them into lyke a big box! =]
i`m not really sure what these are called,
but here`s an example.

http://www.myspace.com/sodamnfly
on her myspace, (she`s one of the myspace layout makers.. haha. yea)
she has the box i want on her myspace,
where she put all the layouts she made.
(you kind of have to scroll down...)
and i was wondering if anyone had a code for this.

just change the width and height to the sizes you need, right now they are set to the big scroll boxes on my page which are under the about me section.
