as bad as that sounds, it isn't as bad as some of the stuff that happened earlier. besides, china's water was never really that clean to begin with.
a few years back, health officials collected blood for a village's blood bank. to cut cost and effort, they threw all the blood together and then decanted into separate packets. they pretended during transfusions that the blood was completely safe. the entire village got hiv. |

The chemicals made the river yellow right? I saw it in the Chinese newspaper my parents buy everyday.
Yea I think that extra yellowness made the water a lil too acidic for even countryside Chinese. But seriously this is bad. |

oh yes, its been in the news for a week now. a factory exploded in harbin. chinese officials are going to investigate this. and the water supply will be cut off till a few days later i think.
