Is there any way to fix a webcam pic? Like when i take a pic with my webcam it comes out all cheap. So is there anyway to fix it?

You can use the dream effect on your pictures, to take the bad quality away.
First open your webcam picture in photoshop. Then via duplicate the picture layer by pressing ctrl+j Next set the duplicated layer's blending mode to soft light. Next on the regular picture layer, go to filter >> gaussian blur Set the blur to 4.5 or edit to your liking. Then merge the layers together, and save. If you have questions, just PM me. :) |

It's either you buy a better webcam or you use the blur tool and set it to 13-14% and smudge the parts that need fixing.
