yessss it can DEFINITELY be romantic - but it really depends..like if the rain is coming down so hard that you're having trouble kissing the guy then there's a problem lol

It's cute and a bit romantic. But it's NOTHING like what it's portrayed on tv and in movies. It gets rather cold and wet after a while and thats just no fun.
