Favicon problem, plz help |

can someone plz tell me the code for favicon....i gotta code from this site: http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=88115 but it doesn't work. this is what i put:

If you're using IE, you won't be able to see it. Favicons only show up on Netscape and Firefox (I don't know about Safari and Opera).

CODE <link rel="icon" href="http://home.ripway.com/2005-10/492467/favicon.ico" type="image/ico"> I'm not sure if this'll work, but it's different than yours. Make sure you use Firefox. Jon-kun... It says image/extension in the topic. Therefore it should be /ico. And yeah, favicons hate IE. |

That's why it won't work.
http://www.getfirefox.com/ It's a browser and to me, it's much better than IE. |
