My mom insists that I shower every morning when I want to shower at night. I hate going to school with wet hair because it's cold when I wait for the bus and because when it dries it's all frizzy.

The problem is that when I take showers at night my bangs get all, greasy or get all retarted. I could just wash my bangs which would be good. :D. I could always NOT wash my hair in the morning with a shower cap and end up washing it the next day like you're 'sposed to.

I don't know what to do. Suggestions?

I heard that if you sprinkle baby powder on your hair, it gets rid of the greasiness. It actually works. then you just kinda blend it in.

Have your tried blow-drying your hair in the morning? You may not have time, but it's worth it.

My GF is actually afraid to shower for the same reason...well..not really for the EXACT reason but her hair takes FOREVER to dry...but ummmmm I just blow dry it for her =)

You should wake up maybe half an hour earlier than you do, take a nice shower, blow dry your hair...

...the rest is up to you ^_______^.

Seriously, a lot of my girlfriends just don't even think about blow drying their hair. They just let it dry naturally and it usually gets frizzy.

Just blow-dry your hair.

I don't like to walk around with cold, wet hair either. pinch.gif

I say you should just wake up a bit earlier and blow dry your hair. Or...if you take a shower in the afternoon, your main concerns will be taken care of.

I would also suggest a shower cap, you can shower without wetting your hair. I don't wash mine everyday which is actually better. The less you do to your hair the better and it reduces dryness as well.

Just wash your bangs in the morning, that's what I usually do since they dry in like 5 minutes

I don't see why your mom is making you take a shower in the morning? but ok lol. I would just take a shower in the morning, wash ur hair including bangs and all, they shouldn't be greasy if you do that, (if its' a problem though, then get special shampoo), and then blow-dry your hair so it's not wet. Problem solved. And plus you hair will look better that day cuz you blow-dried it :)

blow-drying your hair is bad. it causes split ends and your hair is all weak and breaks easily.

you could get up a little earlier in the mornings and take showers that way but just blow dry your hair. but im more like you---i like nightly showers. after my shower, i go to bed. and i can sleep good because i feel all relaxed.
