The person who cuts my hair is hispanic, but they have asian and hispanics in that salon.

Uhm. It depends on the attitude, their price, and how well they cut your hair. Not their race/culture.

Professionals. I don't really have a choice because I live in Korea. It just depends who you go to.
I got my perm at a salon near my house and it was nice. For prom I went somewhere else and she fried a part of my hair and the do didn't like nice. -.-; |

As soon as they are professional and I am able to communicate with them with the languages that I know, then I am fine.
