who do you trust with your hair? |

so here's the thing...
i've been wanting to get a perm since..FOREVER + i finally got my chance on sunday.... my mom told me about this asian place that does hair VERY well...although i'd prefer spanish, since those asian places usually do hair the fobby way =.= i thought...the hell! why not? biggest mistake of my life...my hair was FRIED and nothing like the picture, whatsoever. i cried my way out (stupid, i know...but it's my damn hair!) i was so mad at them + the damn biotches even asked for a damn tip...who does that? so from now on, NO MORE asian salons, only spanish. +i was wondering, who do you trust more? oh, and im asian so it isn't about racism =.= |

I prefer someone either black or hispanic to handle my hair simply because they know more of what to do with my hair since they have a similar type of hair to me.

I haven't let anyone cut my hair since 7th grade. They messed up, and i think it scarred me for life. I usually cut it myself lol. But when it comes to getting highlights done and stuff, i usually go to a salon for that. (Robert Andrews) they do a good job, and if i don't like it, i make them do it over again. Hey i mean i'm paying 100$, i should get the right hair color, lol. But yah, i'm picky about who i let mess with my hair.

Mainly someone who is black. The hair salon that I sometimes go to is run by black people and I always like the way they do my hair. I've been going there for six years so its all good

i trust myself with my hair the most. ppl always seem to f**k it up when i go to a "salon."
 that's the one thing that gets me really mad... but i trust my friend's mom with my hair. she used to work at a salon, and she's really good. i always want her to do my hair. uhh she's half-black, half-white, if that was the question though...?

i'm asian..and i went to an asian salon
i got a perm in september and they did it very well..now the curls are my signature but i before i got i though they were going to screw it up b/c i had a perm when i was little and it was frizzy and stuff..iit was either they messed it up or i don't know how to take care of a permed hair |

i don't really care about what race, as long as they do it nicely.
though i admit, asians tend to over-do it. i cut my own hair, but if i want to color it, i'd get them to. |

My hair's probably too thick to go to an Asian salon, I would think, though it might be kind of fun. And I don't have the texture to go to a black salon, and... I don't really think any Spanish salons speak English around here. So I guess white.
